8 week total break


I haven’t done any training since January 6th hoping to get rid of knee and also tibia problems that have been haunting me for a few years. I am positive that at least the tibia has healed. But if nothing else, this is also a mental break after 6 or 7 years doing endurance sports. Life as a couch potato is so easy and time goes by a lot faster than when in training. I think tomorrow, March 1st I will start being active again.

 
Also it’s worth mentioning that I haven’t been eating meat or breakfast cereals for about 2 months. That’s because I never liked shopping for meat in the first place, and slowly the dirty things about the(especially American) meat industry made me not want to eat meat. I won’t be vegetarian but I’m taking a break from meat, maybe until I’m in another country I don’t know
