I haven’t done any training since January 6th
hoping to get rid of knee and also tibia problems that have been haunting me
for a few years. I am positive that at least the tibia has healed. But if nothing else, this is also a mental break after 6 or 7
years doing endurance sports. Life as a couch potato is so easy and time goes
by a lot faster than when in training. I think tomorrow, March 1st I
will start being active again.
